LA MAR CONSTRUCTION CORP. (LA MAR) is a general construction company created September 25, 2003, which includes engineers, supervisors, administrative and field personnel. LA MAR was organized as a corporation under the laws of the Commonwealth of P.R.

The founders, Eng. Neftal?Lluch and Eng. Eduardo Martínez Suárez created LA MAR as a successor of N. LL. Construction, S.E. N. LL. Construction, S.E. was a successful general contractor company, established in 1988, which performed a wide variety of residential and commercial projects in the southwestern part of the island. Since its beginning, N. LL. Construction, S.E. has grown and gained strength through the development of On-Time and cost-effective solutions to clients requirements regardless of job difficulty. Letters of recommendation from our clients, illustrate the confidence that major industry leaders and government officials place in our capabilities to manage the construction of their facilities.

N. LL. Construction, S.E. has performed construction services, often on a fast track basis, for PR Public Buildings Authority, P.R. Ports Authority, PR Industrial Development Company, Municipality of Yauco, Guánica and Ponce, Housing Department, among others (See Enclosure A). On September 30, 2004, Eng. Eduardo Martínez bought the shares owned by Eng. Lluch in the corporation, becoming the sole owner of La Mar Construction, Corp.
