N.LL. CONSTRUCTION, S.E. PROJECTS 1) "PASEO DEL CAFE"- YAUCO, PUERTO RICO The work in this contract included the following: Demolition of existing concrete slab (roadway), installation of a new sanitary, water distribution and storm sewer systems, installation of lot connections to the new sanitary, water distribution and storm sewer systems, construction of a new concrete slab, construction of benches, concrete base for lighting poles and other amenities, construction of stamped concrete, and installation of exposed aggregates and bricks along Comercio Street between Betances and Pacheco Streets. 2) RECONSTRUCTION OF "EL MALECON", GUANICA, PUERTO RICO Reconstruction of a tourist area, near the southwest coast of Puerto Rico. 3) LA QUINTA SHOPPING COURT, SAN GERMAN,PR Construction of three commercial buildings totaling 23,000 square feet area, located on 175 Luna Street, Bo. Pueblo Oriental in San Germán, Puerto Rico. The scope of this work consisted of the site improvements including but not limited to: furnishing of all labor, equipment and materials for earthwork, grading, storm sewer system, water distribution, retaining walls, site fences, curbs and concrete sidewalks and buildings A, B, & C. 4) REMODELING OF EXISTING TERMINAL BUILDING; CONSTRUCTION OF GENERAL AVIATION BUILDING AND CRASH, FIRE AND RESCUE BUILDING, MERCEDITA AIRPORT, PONCE, PUERTO RICO The project consisted of the construction of a crash/fire/rescue building and a general aviation terminal building, the remodeling of the existing terminal building and associated ancillary work at Mercedita Airport. 5) BONANZA RESTAURANT, SAN GERMAN, PUERTO RICO Construction of a 5,000 square feet building and installation of all interior equipment. 6) CONCRETE PAVEMENT CONSTRUCTION, HISTORIC ZONE, PONCE, PUERTO RICO The work of this project consisted of concrete pavement construction of various sections at the Historic Zone of Ponce, Puerto Rico. 7) CONSTRUCTION OF 23,000 SQUARE FEET TYPICAL INDUSTRIAL BUILDING, GUANICA, PUERTO RICO The work of this project consisted of the construction of a 23,000 square feet typical industrial building at Guánica, Puerto Rico. 8) CONSTRUCTION OF URBAN HIGH SCHOOL, GUANICA, PUERTO RICO The work of this project includes construction of a concrete and blocks building of 57,000 square feet, exterior services and site improvements. 9) CONCRETE PAVEMENT CONSTRUCTION PONCE, PUERTO RICO The work of this project consisted of concrete pavement construction of various sections at the Historic Zone of Ponce, Puerto Rico (Section of Villa and Union Streets). 10) EL TUQUE PUBLIC VEHICLES TERMINAL BUILDING, PONCE, PUERTO RICO The project consists of the construction of a public transportation terminal of a concrete structure with a steel roof. 11) SAN GERMAN APARTMENTS, SAN GERMAN, PUERTO RICO Construction of eighty four row houses and a Community Center at San Germán, Puerto Rico. 12) CONSTRUCTION OF URBAN HIGH SCHOOL, SANTA ISABEL, PUERTO RICO The work of this project consists of the design and building of a concrete and blocks building of 64,000 square feet and site improvements. This one is a fast track project. 13) VILLAS DE VALLE VERDE (PASEO LA REINA), PONCE, PUERTO RICO Construction of a 111 walk-up type condominium residential units, together with other related facilities and improvements to be constructed on the premises. 14) CONSTRUCTION OF DIALYSIS CENTER, PONCE, PUERTO RICO Construction of a commercial private building of approximately 8,500 square feet, to be used as medical offices for dialysis patients. 15) HORMIGUEROS APARTMENTS, HORMIGUEROS, PUERTO RICO This project consists of forty residential units and one Community building. N. LL. Construction, S.E. is in charge of all finishing works such as, installation of tiles, doors, windows, cyclone fence, closet doors, kitchen cabinets, bathroom accessories, etc. We are also in charge of painting and of few electrical and plumbing jobs. 16) ATO FACILITY MODIFICATIONS, PONCE, PUERTO RICO The project consists of the renovation of an office area of 1,000 square feet for the new American Airlines ATO facility at Mercedita Airport in Ponce, P.R. 17) VISTA LINDA APARTMENTS, SABANA GRANDE, PUERTO RICO This project consists of the construction of fifty apartments and one Community Center. 18) CONSTRUCTION OF SAN TOMAS COMMUNITY, PONCE, PUERTO RICO This project consists of the construction of seventy (70) residential units at Community San Tomas, in Ponce, Puerto Rico. 19) CONSTRUCTION OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION BUILDING, CATHOLIC UNIVERSITY, PONCE, PUERTO RICO This project consists of the construction of a new two story reinforced concrete building, including structural, mechanical and electrical works. SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF KITCHEN CABINETS FOR RES. EL RECREO AND RES. MANUEL F. ROSSY, SAN GERMAN, PUERTO RICO These projects consist of the supply and installation of kitchen cabinets, including the removal and disposal of the existing units. Res El Recreo consists of three hundred (300) apartments and Res. Manuel F. Rossy of fifty (50) apartments. 20) CONSTRUCTION OF CAPRI, INC. STORE This project consists of the construction of a new CAPRI, INC. store at Aguadilla Mall, Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. It is a concrete building of 15,000 square feet with steel roof. 21) SUBSOIL STABILIZATION, PORTA COELI CHURCH, SAN GERMAN, PR This project consists of subsoil stabilization using an stabilization system called “tie-back?of northeast area of Porta Coeli Church at San Germán, Puerto Rico. 22) PASEO DEL REY, PONCE, PUERTO RICO Construction of a 111 walk-up type condominium residential units, together with other related facilities and improvements to be constructed on the premises. 23) REHABILITATION OF PARQUE VIVONI, LAJAS, PR This project consists of the rehabilitation of a 6,000 sq. ft. urban park in the Municipality of Lajas, Puerto Rico. It includes, but is not limited to, demolition work, new concrete pavement with stone pave finish, landscaping, decorative lighting fixtures and other electrical work, perimeter fence with ornamental steel grilles, and exterior furnishings. 24) CONSTRUCTION OF ADDITIONAL CLASSROOMS AT COLEGIO PONCEÑO, PONCE, PR This project consists of the construction of additional classrooms, specifically a two-story concrete building, including electricity, plumbing and other works. 25) SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF CABINETS IN RESIDENTIALS OF MAYAGUEZ AREA AND THE SOUTHWEST AREA OF PUERTO RICO These projects consist of the supply and installation of kitchen cabinets, including the removal and disposal of the existing units. -- Mayaguez Area includes the following residentials: Yagüez, Rafael Hernández, F.D. Roosevelt, Sábalos Nuevo and Sábalos Gardens. -- Southwest Area includes the following residentials: Los Flamboyanes (Peñuelas), Luis Muñoz Rivera (Guánica), Alturas de Adjuntas (Adjuntas), Valle Verde (Adjuntas), Yauco Housing (Yauco) and Jardines de Guánica (Guánica). 26) RECONSTRUCTION OF SIDEWALKS AND CURBS, CONCORDIA SECTOR, MAYAGUEZ, PUERTO RICO This project includes demolition of existing sidewalks and curbs and reconstruction of concrete sidewalks, curbs and ramps for handicapped people. It also includes landscaping work. 27) CONSTRUCTION OF RAMIREZ BUILDING, LAJAS, PR This project consists in the construction of an Office-Residential building of approximately 1,333 square ft. and site improvements. 28) ADDITIONAL FACILITIES TO COLEGIO PONCEÑO, PONCE, PR The work includes the construction of a Basketball court and a separate chapel building at Colegio Ponceño, Ponce, PR. 29) MODERNIZATION OF EL RECREO HOUSING PROJECT, SAN GERMAN, PR The work includes the selective modernization of three hundred (300) dwelling units and general site improvements. 30) CONSTRUCTION OF URBAN HIGH SCHOOL, MARICAO, PUERTO RICO The work of this project includes construction of a concrete and blocks building of 48,000 square feet, exterior services and site improvements. 31) PARGUERA DEL CARIBE, LAJAS, PUERTO RICO Construction of nineteen luxury residences with a swimming pool area and related facilities located at La Parguera, Puerto Rico. 32) COSTAS DEL ATLANTICO, ARECIBO, PUERTO RICO Construction of 127 residential units, together with other related facilities and improvements to be constructed on the premises. 33) MAYAGUEZ COLONIAL, MAYAGUEZ, PUERTO RICO Construction of a six-story building with 114 studio and apartments in downtown Mayaguez with all the facilities and improvements to be constructed on the premises. 34) MODERNIZATION OF PERLA DEL CARIBE HOUSING PROJECT, PONCE, PR The work includes the modernization of two hundred seventy two (272) dwelling units and general site improvements. 35) DANZA DEL SOL CONDOMINIUM, CABO ROJO, PUERTO RICO Construction of a six-story building with 52 luxury apartments in Joyudas Sector , Cabo Rojo with all the facilities and improvements to be constructed on the premises. 36) PASEOS DE MIRAMAR, MAYAGUEZ, PUERTO RICO Construction of a 60 walk-up type condominium residential units, together with other related facilities and improvements to be constructed on the premises. 37) HEALTH, PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND RECREATION BUILDING PROJECT, INTERAMERICAN UNIVERSITY, SAN GERMAN CAMPUS, SAN GERMAN, PR Construction of a modern two story building with his own parking lot and site construction. 38) VILLAS DE SAN IGNACIO, MAYAGUEZ, PR Construction of 24 apartments in four type condominium units, together with other related facilities and improvements to be constructed on the premises. 39) QUINTA REAL APARTMENTS, YAUCO, PR Construction of 30 apartments in two condominium units, together with other related facilities and improvements to be constructed on the premises. 40) ESTANCIAS DE MARIA ANTONIA, GUANICA, PR Construction of 216 residential units together with other related facilities and improvements to be constructed on the premises. 41) WESTERNLAKE VILLAGE, MAYAGUEZ, PR Construction of 120 luxury apartments distributed among twenty buildings, with all the facilities and improvements including pools, artificial lakes, and all the amenities that a luxury apartment complex should have. 42) EGIDA HOGAR PRESBY, LAJAS, P.R. Construction of a four stories concrete building with 17 elderly and handicapped one bedroom dwelling units and community areas. 43) CONDOMINIO ESTELA DEL MAR, RINCON, P.R. Construction of 28 apartment units on an eight story concrete building. It includes a swimming pool, gazebo, parking facilities for 36 cars controlled access, etc. 44) BOQUERON BEACH HOTEL, CABO ROJO, P.R. Construction of 58 hotel rooms on a four story concrete building. It includes related facilities. 45) MODERNIZATION OF FRANCISCO EGIPCIACO HOUSING PROJECT, AGUADA , PR The work includes the modernization of one hundred (100) units and general site improvements. 46) MODERNIZATION OF YAGUEZ HOUSING PROJECT, MAYAGUEZ, PR The work includes the modernization of two hundred (200) units and general site improvements. 47) VILLAS AT THE HORNED DORSET PRIMAVERA HOTEL, RINCON, P.R. The work includes new facilities consisting of 22 three-story building units distributed in 6 clusters, a 3-level common area, an access street, and a parking area to expand the existing facilities. 48) CHALET DEL MAR, RINCON, P.R. Construction of 66 apartment units on three story concrete building. It includes a swimming pool, gazebo, parking facilities controlled access, etc. 49) COMPLEJO TURISTICO EL TUQUE, PONCE, P.R. Modernization and expansion of a turistical complex, including a race track, 84 hotel rooms with a discothèque, and a water park. 50) TORRE DE PLAYA SANTA, GUANICA, P.R. Construction of a nine-story building with 42 luxury apartments, in a cylinder-shape. The apartments come in four models with one, two, or three bedrooms. The building includes a two-story parking lot, a roof-top gymnasium, an area for walking, pool area, recreative area, and a terrace. 51) EGIDA MONSERRATE, HORMIGUEROS, P.R. Construction of a five (5) story-hi apartments building at Hormigueros, P.R. The project should serve as housing for the elderly with 74 apartments. 52) PUESTA DEL SOL, CABO ROJO, P.R. The construction consists in a seven (7) story reinforced concrete structure, with 47 apartments. It includes swimming pool and parking. 53) SAN FERNANDO ELDERLY, MAYAGUEZ, P.R. Construction of a seven (7) story-hi apartments building at Mayagüez, P.R. The project should serve as housing for the elderly with 70 apartments. 54) PASEO DEL VALLE, LAJAS, PR Construction of 19 residential units together with other related facilities and improvements to be constructed on the premises. 55) ESCUELA INTERMEDIA URBANA, “JULIO VICTOR GUZMAN? SAN GERMAN, PR The project consists of the construction of seven buildings, two to three stories high, a basketball court, parking lots, access roads and plazas.
