  2. ESTELA ROYAL APARTMENTS, RINCON, P.R. – The project consists of the construction of a two story building with 12 apartments, parking area, gazebo and green areas.
  3. ENSENADA DEL MAR, RINCON, P.R.- Construction of an apartments building of 24 units, parking area, swimming pool, gazebo, and green areas.
  4. INSTITUTO DE BANCA, LAJAS, P.R.-The project consists of the construction of a structural steel and concrete building of 14,100 square feet, includes parking area, and green areas.

  9. VILLA CAPITAN II, MAYAGUEZ, P.R.-The project consists of the construction of a structural steel and concrete building of 18,000 square feet, includes parking.
  10. TABLE ROCK, AGUADA, P.R. – The project consists of the construction of a three-story building with 30 units, parking area, swimming pool, gazebo, and green areas.

  13. HAUDIMAR BEACH APARTMENTS, ISABELA, P.R.- La Mar Construction LLC was the concrete subcontractor for Caribe Tecno, Habitat in the construction of thirteen, three story structures with 120 apartments in total.

  20. EGIDA SANTA ROSA, RINCON, P.R.- Construction of a four story apartments building at Rincón, P.R. The project should serve as housing for the elderly with 33 apartments.
  21. EGIDA MONSERRATE II, HORMIGUEROS, P.R. – Construction of a six story apartments building at Hormigueros, P.R. The project should serve as housing for the elderly with 36 apartments.
  22. MARANELO BOUTIQUE CONDOMINUM, MAYAGUEZ, P.R. – The project consists of the construction of a reinforced concrete four-story building with 32 units.
  23. COMUNIDAD DULCES LABIOS, MAYAGUEZ, P.R. – The project consists of the construction of 16 residential units including a public square “Plaza La Plena”.

  33. MAYAGUEZ OUTPATIENT CLINIC II, MAYAGUEZ, PR – La Mar Construction LLC is the General Contractor in the construction of the new facilities for the Veterans Hospital of Mayagüez. The project consists of a one story building of structural steel and reinforced concrete of 133,000 square feet, plus site improvements. This project have the LEED certification.
  34. ALTURAS DE SAN BLAS, LAJAS, PR (2nd Phase) – The project consist in the construction of 16 residential units of 35 with other related facilities and improvements.
